Personal practice · 2023–2025
Athletics are part of the life I’m building.
Training is one of the quieter systems underneath everything else: a place to practice consistency, measure progress, and keep showing up alongside school, work, and building.

What the numbers mean
The record grows from a small 2023 baseline into a more consistent 2024 and 2025 practice. “Recorded lifting volume” is the sum of logged weight multiplied by logged reps. It describes the training log; it is not a claim about unique pounds moved or a complete measure of athletic ability.
Running mileage is not shown because the underlying export does not contain a reliable distance log. Missing data stays missing.
